Comey's Binder filled with Clinton Emails!!!

The IG report is due out any time now and Comey will be mentioned in it many times. Did Horowitz look into that binder listed in the property left behind by James Comey when he left his post? And what about the backup server Datto drive? Did Comey hold the Datto drive back so it wouldn’t be part of the FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails? Does the drive contain more Clinton emails that need to be made public?
