Joined McDonald`s Japan as a part-timer at the age of 19. Worked for 4 years and then became a regular employee at the age of 23. At 30, he became a manager of one location. At 32, out of 3,300 location nationwide in Japan, he was awarded for being No.1 in customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and sales growth. After that, he was awarded as the best consultant for McDonald`s. Furthermore, he was awarded the President’s Award (from US), Circle of Excellence(from US), and of all the employee’s in Japan the most awarded overall.

In 2010 he started Tokyo Kamogashira Land.

Currently, he tackles the topics of talent development, leadership training for managers, and training for improving customer satisfaction, sales, and speaking skills. These are done through public lectures and seminars, which are considered the most passionate lectures done within Japan. While at the same time he also manages three companies and one non-profit organization.

Over 70,000 hrs. of his videos are watched every day, and with more than 60,000,000 views total, so as to take the lead in spreading out good and useful information and changing the world for the better.
