Lyle McDonald is well known in the fitness industry, having become interested in human performance and physiology from the time he competed in sports as a teenager. He studied Physiological Sciences from UCLA and has spent the better part of 2 decades studying human physiology, hypertrophy, fat loss, and related topics.
