In Game of Thrones season 8 episode 4, the Last of the Starks, Daenerys Targaryen begged Jon Snow to not tell anyone else that he is actually Aegon Targaryen and heir to the Iron Throne. Why Jon decided to tell Sansa and Arya about his true parentage is something that gets deep at the core of who Jon is, his life experiences, and in particular Ned Stark.
