In addition to offering free tech support or advice when live, I will be streaming the process for resolving our client's issues.
During the "ticket periods" I will provide you all with some brief insight about the client's issue, possible solutions, and the outcome.
Please do not hesitate to ask any questions regarding the issues we handle during the stream.
