If you have been traveling in a car, on a bus, train or airplane or if you have been sitting in meetings all day long and need to stretch and re-connect to your breath and body, (wherever you are), this is the yoga class for you. This class mostly involves big, full body stretches that will feel good if you have been crouched over, squeezed into a small place, tense or tired…. these movements will stretch, expand and open your body. In 30 minutes, you can practice sun salutations, standing yoga poses, balancing poses and some great deep stretches like pigeon and reclined twists.
