Notes, For T-atk with Spirita you would drop an Elder soul + any free exploration soul in the affix somewhere. Reasoning behind this is Elder soul boosts Spirita and Technique III, only free exploration soul that does this is Nepto at the current time. For Stamina III, replace Vol Soul with Ringa soul (boosts technique III and stamina.)
More Notes, for R-atk with Spirita replace Vol Soul with Vardha Soul, And for Stamina boost replace Vol Soul with Bal Soul.
Also replace Power with the respective Atk you want to replace with.
